LPTM™ is not a workshop curriculum that was packaged and sold. It is the direct product of doctoral research examining how JROTC educators' leadership practices influence student mindset transformation — published on ERIC and ProQuest and available for peer review.
The framework was further validated across programs that achieved JPA accreditation scores of 95.4 (Honor Unit with Distinction) and 90.0 placing them in the top tier nationally.
